Refund policy

At Urban Minaret, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We stand behind the quality of our streetwear pieces and want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason your order doesn’t meet expectations, we are here to assist.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact
No visible wear, damage, stains, or odors
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories such as hats/caps may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked final sale
Gift cards
Worn, washed, or altered apparel
Items returned without original packaging or missing tags

3. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for size or color, and only if the product is still in its original condition.
If the item you want is unavailable, we will issue a refund once the return is processed.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: urbanminaret@gmail.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Urban Minaret is not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
After this window, cancellations may not be possible due to processing times.
